Shipping To Puerto Rico - Time?

So I had a buyer from Puerto Rico win an auction of mine on ebay. I have never shipped to Puerto Rico before, so I was hesitant, but I did it anyways since it is part of the US.

So I mailed the package out from GA on Feb.3 (Parcel Post) and there has been no tracking info updated since Feb.3 when it was in Memphis, TN. I called USPS and they said I have to wait longer to report it missing--Feb. 22--err.

Has anyone else shipped to Pureto Rico from the US before? How long does it usually take? Does it take longer?

Not sure if this will help, but I ship all over the world. The post office usually tells me for first class shipping, it can take 10-14 business days. So sometimes it can take 3 weeks! (counting weekends) I've never done parcel post, but I'm assuming it's slower? I hope everything works out for you!
