mkaxe31 pulling a fast one. EBAY. *UPDATE*

*Dropped in just for an update, buyer did not send item back as promised and has kept them as well as the refund. Ebay suck for not having any kind of seller protection against bogus claims like this*

So i sold a few ponies on ebay
the winter pony items were from kind peeps here from mlptp and in GOOD / MINT !!!!! condition.

I took photos and LISTED on ebay AGES 3 +

"POOR" condition?
(was actually fine) look at the photos? clear and i see no marks. There was no marks/pen 100% sure. Also one was straight out the box so how can this be "poor" condition?

Listen

Dear audreykitching85,

Hi, I wanted to contact you before I left feedback but I was disappointed that the ponies were marked and that one had pen on it's foot. I would have described them as being in "poor" condition.

- mkaxe31

Seems like they see i have 7 feedback and pulling a fast one. Those ponies were bloody mint. i'm so mad.

Their feedback is PRIVATE (wonder why)
Help please.

I would have been upset if I had bought them saying good to mint condition, and there were pen marks on them.

how many of us here on the board buy ponies on ebay for our own personal collections, and not for children to play with? most of us. your auction could have been a little more clear, such as 'these ponies are intended for play with children, and not for collectors."

I would imagine there isn't a lot you can do except try to make the buyer happy.

**edit** I found your auction, and you didn't list anywhere the condition of the ponies. from your pic, they look good - so not disclosing any marks on them could be considered misleading - keeping in mind that this is a collecting community, and not a 'we buy toys for our kids' community

I took what you were saying differently. Are you saying the ponies you sent out were mint and now the buyer is saying they have pen marks and such?

I was not aiming at collectors.
They are just toys.
Not even named. just junk i'm selling off. I am not a shop.
Why not message me and ask like i said in auction?

Yes was nothing wrong with these toy item hence i'm so wound up. There was no pen marks on them no way

Nothing.

I've sold the last of my toy items i do not collect anymore and have moved on.

They want a refund and keep my pony items.

Well they can leave neg because that just is not going to happen and cheat me.

Just a warning to others. Their feedback is private and i feel they are trying this a lot and hiding it.

I would suggest contacting ebay and working it out through them.

I have reported her for threats and harassment.
Is there anything i can do to stop her flooding my ebay messages? My first time selling has been totally ruined.
I was so reluctant to sell as of all the horror stories you hear and it has happened to me.
I will not be selling again

She will not supply photos of these so called pen marks but is still going a head and opening a case with paypal. Looks like i'm going to lose out on both my ponies and the money.

Hi, Draculapony

I'm sorry to hear you're having a rough time with Ebay right now. Let me see if I understand the situation correctly.

This is the auction in question, right?
My little pony xmas themed Hasbro stamped | eBay

You bought these ponies from members here at the TP, who sold them to you without any marks, and you then sold them through Ebay again with no marks?

If you told this buyer that you were going to report them here (or anywhere), they might have taken that as a threat, and then threatened you in retaliation. So be careful with that, because they could claim you threatened first. Though I'm almost positive the police wouldn't do a thing about it, Ebay might not see it that way.

Also, this is on your feedback profile, from the buyer:

I think your best course of action here is to have her send them back, then refund her, block her as a bidder via Ebay, and carry on That way, you have the ponies and can sell them again to someone who will appreciate them.

Yes they are the pony toys i sold her, do you see anything wrong with them?
because i do not. The one on the right was just out of its box. So how can they be tatty.
She has since left another 5 messages that i have not even bothered to look at.
I have been crying all day she just will not leave me alone.
What the **** is the problem with these toys.

I cannot see both sides or under the feet, so I truly don't know if there is anything wrong with them. They look nice in the photo, at least from this angle.

You will have to communicate with her at some point if you want to resolve the problem, though. I know it's hard, but avoiding it isn't going to fix it. :-/
