Hot Topic also gets their stock from a site called welovefine or mightyfine. I got a shirt from there... they make to order out of the designs that they have. I bought a Fluttershy one that says "I have a PhD in Adorableness" ... it is my favorite of all of the MLP shirts I own so far.
