It's very sad...or maby silly....but for a cronical ill person THIS really made my day....

The secretary from Urology has called to the Pain Poli to put me on a higher spot on the list...and she told me if I get tomorrow a call I could have an appointment THIS friday, but it depends of the spot get filled with an emergency...
But if that's the case...my dossier lay on top now!
So if not this friday...then I got an appointment DEFINITELY NEXT WEEK!!!! :flutter2:

Yaayyysssss!!!!! It is so sweet of the Lady to call for me...it is something normally nobody does....but she knows me because I am *child at house* as we say here in Holland, at Urology... She knows who I am on the phone and if I am at her desk to made an appointment she even knows my name!!

I'm curious....What made you smile today? Love & Light! X Lady Arachnia

Sometimes when things are going crappy, it's the little things that make all the difference, isn't it?

I've been having a bit of a crappy year. I've been charged nearly $600 dollars so far for the provincial medical services plan, even though I should be covered by the First Nations Medical Plan. I waited over a year for approval of my Indian status in Canada. I refused to pay the money and it was sent to Revenue Canada for collections. This also meant that I couldn't do my taxes, because the government would take my money that I would be getting back. I've been super stressed with my mental health, trying to find a job and dealing with so many administrative issues with the government. Sorry for the rambling, but the context is important.

Anyway, I went to my MLA and MP's office for help. They were able to finally get me my status card after my 14 month wait and refer me to another amazing lady to erased my debt with Revenue Canada.

It gave me the lift I needed to keep plodding forward. I think it's pretty incredible how a small act of kindness or even doing something that you're paid to do can often make a huge difference in someone else's life.

This. This man and his stunning horses are amazing and clearly having fun.

I just got a call.......someone canceled his/her appointment for TODAY!!!!
So they called me to ask if I could com for my appointment this afternoon...Yay!
I hope they can *do* something for me....I have a little bit off doubt though...because cronic pain from EDS is a nasty thing....because it affects the whole body...and not just at one place...
But we shall see!!! I give an update later today! X

Unfortunaly my *before feelings* where true....the doctors on the Pain Management Poli in the Hospital can't do nothing for me....

But on the way home I have a indept talk with my Hunnybun (my partner) and I'm so thankful for having him in my life! Because I was still a bit sad about the whole thing....but he ensured me that he would never let me down because of my health....:ponylove::ponylove::ponylove:

I'm giving you allll big hugs! As long as we can hang in there, I really feel like things will get better.

For me, it was a fantastic day, one I've been waiting for for over two months. My partner of 17 (soon to be 18) years got to come home for Thanksgiving, so she's here till not this Sunday, but NEXT Sunday! She's having to live in an other state for her job, and while we thought we could do the whole separation thing, it's been very painful. I'm going to so enjoy her being home. I'll be sad when she leaves, but for the moment, I have her with me so YAYS!
