I am not suprised by the price at all. That kind of beadwork is very time consuming and difficult expecially on a rounded surface. Plus, the cost of seed beads add up fast. I hope she sells 'em for that price honestly, because any less would be criminal.

Thanks for the advice! I didn't know what type of surface I wanted, so I grabbed 1 small tube each of the matte and gloss finishes. I'll test them to see how they look and go from there. And yes, the gila pony will be for sale. I haven't set a price for her, so more than likely I'll pop her...
