Not sure what their current value is, but I just had a look at mine and it also has a sticker with 1 of 1000. So they would of all been sold with that sticker and only 1000 of them were produced. That should clear up the confusion :winkpony: ETA- Oh and I'm such a snob, welcome to the TP!

Hmmm interesting, they are not for the Soft and Sleepy newborns as they have hearts on their panties, and they also didn't come with a diaper. I couldn't actual tell you what they are from, but good luck finding out.
