I've noticed this at my TRU too, but with LPS too! There were lots of pegs for LPS but hardly anything on them :C I asked someone that worked there and they said it had been about a month since they'd gotten in a truck of popular items.

I'm not sure if this is legitimate or not, but all I can say is I'm disappointed with Hasbro being so lazy with G4. This is clearly a Rarity with a palette swap and even the new basic ponies (Cupcake, Dewdrop Dazzle, ect) have artwork of the most recognizable characters with palette swaps on...
