Nylon hair is relatively heat tolerant, flat ironing with lots of conditioner or carefully straightening it with boiled water dips both work. May not get back to 100% smooth, but it does tame the frizz a lot.

Some batches of nylon hair have more oil than usual, a gentle wash will fix it up.

Dip the hair in some hot water (not quite boiling) water for a minute, run a comb through it and wrape it with a paper towel to hold it in the direction you want. When it dries it should fold to the side properly.

That does look suspiciously like cancer. There is that microscope video that provides fairly compelling evidence that at least some cases are caused by a bacterium that eats into the plastic, which means the age of the affected toy is irrelevant as long as it's the right kind of plastic...

I replace almost all of mine with a nylon washer and a zip tie. Sits evenly and no rust issues. :tongue:

That's a photoshop but there are several fan made pony pnp games in various stages of development. Savage Worlds of My Little Pony is the one that comes to mind, and there are several d20 based systems around as well.
