I am watching Rupert Bear 90s cartoon on youtube, and Twilight Fan episode seems listed, but would not play.
I suspect it has to do with kinda cliche chinese wizard in it, and I already ran into such weirdness once, and video showed from British IP (I do not know how it works, some kinda TV standart?).

Edit: I am not British, you just get a lot of videos that only work for them ^^'
