UPDATED WITH MORE INFORMATION/PONIES FOR SALE

Hiya,
sparked by the hype for this years US fair I've decided I want to go to the UK on in November
To raise money for it (I'm a student) I'm taking commissions for custom ponies.

I'll turn my hoof to anything! I can do 'natural' coloured synthetic hair in: black, white, chesnut, chocolate, blonde and strawberry blonde. And 'braid'(embroidery thread) hair in any colour mix you can think of plus tinsel in red, green, blue or gold. I can braid up the hair as well, it looks fantastic, but it takes forever!

I can order in any colour of katsilk that you want, and I can add horns/wings made of feathers, foam, clay etc... to bait ponies who don't have them.

So far I've done commissions for Lady Dragon and Higlander II, I'd love to do more!

***UPDATE*** I now have a few non-commissioned customs for sale! Their prices/descriptions are below, I'll upload pictures later:
~Lightning Butterflies - a dancing butterflies re-rooted with new braid hair/tinsel £7
~Love rainbow - TAF black pegasus, rainbow hair £7
~Phoenix - red feather-winged pony with special hair £10
~Twisted Angel - hasbro-mould fakie with 3 tone hair - £4
~Taurus - pink pony with 'taurus' symbols, slight hair trim £2
~Serrocca - princess pony with SLH (white) and glittery blue stars £7
~Night Light - CP pony with braid hair, mettalic symbols and raised jewel motifs £7
~Confetti Darkstar (the original!) - black rainbow-haired pony with large star symbols and red eyes £7
 
Okay, now that's just weird...

I just told a friend that I wanted a custom pony, which is what prompted me to come back to the forum (which i haven't been to in quite some time - been uber busy) and looky - request for custom work 'wishes'...

oooh! ;)


I don't have any bait ponies, but can either 1) get some or 2) pay addt'l - b/c I don't mind.

There are a couple that I've been thinking would be lots of fun to have: Van Helsing, Connor MacLeod and a Dallas Stars (hockey team) player


Like I said - totally interested and willing to provide or pay for bait ponies. I'm not the right kind of artistic to make ponies, but totally love what other ppl do.

Oh - also, I have an idea for a 'Mary Kay' pony, even have a picture of a flower to use for the symbol that I can either find an online picture of or can scan. This one would be cool as a white pony with pink hair, eyes, symbol... and I can definitely find bait ponies for this if it sounds like something you could do. ;)

I'd need picture references for the others as I'm not in america and haven't got a clue what they look like :?
If it's easier on your part I'll buy the bait ponies, all I need you to tell me is which pony/selection of ponies have the base colour you're after.
Pink Hair I can do now, but it's light pink and I'm testing it on another pony to see how it turns out. I'll post her pictures here when she's done.

I love Van Helsing! :) So, pony color? erm - no clue other than 'not pink'. Pose - 'not sitting'

Connor MacLeod - i'll have to think about this one

Dallas Stars - green pony and go to Dallas Stars website to see their logo - which is perfect for the symbol. This one, I'm thinking just generic - not really looking like a hockey player, more like a pony mascot.


The Mary Kay ones - these would be white - which, unless you paint them, would be tough to find more than 3 or 4 - I'd like several of these and yep - totally willing to pay for them, even send bait ponies, or send bait ponies plus money in exchange.

okay I'll work on Van Helsing Designs and the mascot and the other set of ponies.

Do you want the set to be exactly the same? I could buy differently posed white G3's to make each one a little different. Also, do you want the pink floral symbol to be the same on each or slightly varied? It'd be great if I could work from that picutre.
Light pink hair is okay for the Mary Kay ponies, right?

EDIT: one more thing, do you want them to be based on G3 ponies (the easiest ones to get that are still 'white') or G1 ponies?
 
VH: - i'd prefer if this was a G1, but I won't cry if he's a G3

Dallas mascot and MK can be G3's or whichever you can find...

pictures... hmmm... now that I peek at the website - if you wanted to do a bunch of different ones, that'd work too - like a lipstick and a mascara brush, or something...?

I may have to scan the flower pic... but if you like the idea of doing a series of 'make-up' ponies that's cool! :)
 
I've got a couple of designs I'm going to scan later and put on deviantART along with my other available pony designs. I'll try and do a couple with a make up theme :)

ah fantastic, after reading that you prefered G1 to a G3 base I'm re-doing the design.

Do you mind if I offer the other two G3 designs for general use? on my site there's going to be a link to my deviantART gallery where you can pick a ready-drawn design that I can make any number of times.

And I'm in no hurry - so don't feel like you have to rush. I'm going on vacation in a couple weeks... 2 weeks from today, actually - ;) so, there loads of time... :D
 
oh okay, I could do with that flower design before you go though.
Also i've looked everywhere and the only white ponies I could find were a sunny dase (evening wear) and Bowtie (dazzle bright), sunny daze might be earmarked for another custom..
...is it alright is you provide the ponies (or at least a few of them) for the Mary Kay ponies? I'll do variations on your chosen flower design to make each pony unique ^_^

uhrm... another bait problem, unless I fully re-paint a pony green! Did you want G1 or G3 and what kind of green Dark or light? The design is light green because I was assuming I could track down a minty somewhere.

van helsing - took a look at the sight, I am SO doing those bladed spinning things as his symbol!! they rule! how does black for a base with two-tone chocolate/chesnut hair sound? I can try and make a little accesorie set for him too! I've got a walking pose G1 as bait (posey) whom I can repaint really easily.

MK ponies: I'll try to get the design scanned, or find a pic of it soon-ish. And if I can locate some bait ponies, I'll send them.

Dallas Stars: love that! :) the light green works fine... just a green that doesn't 'clash' with the symbol should work really nicely

Great! I'll start on Dallas (I'll find a pony for her) and I have started Van Helsing already.

Hmm, as for bait, I think only 2 white ponies are needed, I might need a green one for Dallas. The other member wanting a custom pony opted for a G1 so I have 2 G3's now free to use.

If you wanted a super-duper-huge discount you could send me one of the pegasus ponies ^_^ lol!
 
I've just found two more bowtie ponies, I think they're still there, the only thing is then you'd have 3 Mary Kay ponies in the same pose and one in tinka tinka too's pose!

Any luck with uploading the flower design?
 
okay, I can keep working on Helsing and Starz for now.
 
I finished them, they're in my other post. any progress on that picture? And was it 3 or 4 you wanted of mary kay, I can do 3 no problem now.
 
*bumping* I still need to cover the travel fees, I've got nothing but time to do commissions!
 
Oh i didn't know you were selling your customs! they are fabulous, and will look great in anyones collection :)
