I was attempting to turn a g3 into a highland cow, and I was super happy with how he was turning out until I realized that the clay was not drying in spots and now I'm not really sure what to do! I used a two part epoxy so I'm assuming I didn't mix it well enough, even though I have used it many times before with no issue. It's been quite a few weeks now and the stuff is only supposed to take 24 hours to dry so it's not looking too bright!

I thought about chopping the soft parts off and redoing it but honestly that would just result in redoing the whole thing since most of the spots are smack dab in the middle, spacifically on the back of the mane so I'm kinda at a loss on what to do now! I figured I would post him anyways since he's still cute and maybe if anyone with more knowledge with pony customization has some suggestions I would greatly appreciate it!♡

You could try going in with a hair dryer or heat gun and see if those spots just need a little help? He looks cool though :)

What brand of clay is this?

Apoxie sculpt I think is the brand? It's got like two parts A and B that you mix together in equal parts
It looks pretty uniform. How long has it been curing?

If you can't get the dried clay to adhere to the pony's body, super glue can work in a pinch. Be very careful with it, though--it can sometimes react to the vinyl if there is too much. I think your cow will be adorable! :)
