Yes, Some perfume Puffs came with make-up Not all. It's like the sticker promo they did with Daisy Jo and Friends a year ago. Some came with Stickers, Some didn't. It was a bonus. I have a Sky Rocket MIP that has Free Lip Stick.

Therefore just b/c your didn't come with make-up doesn't mean that someone elses didn't.

when i go my so soft magic star when i was a kid she came with green eyeshadow

that would explain why all my childhood ponys have green eyeshadow on them

yes it did in fact LOL

it was quite funny to see all my ponys with green eyeshadow on them and me as well plus the cat

my mom was not to happy but hey why not
 
The cat? LOL!! I think I used to put eyeshadow on my white cat when I was really young. Dad didn't appreciate that very much either ^^
 
Haha! Poor Minty.. One of my Minty variations came out of the box with hair similar to that. The G3's had terrible hair in the beginning of the line, didn't they?
 
sort of like happy tails with mommy charms.. SPECIALLY MARKED PACKAGES.. lots of toy companies do that. =)
 
I think the sundae best ponies came with mommy charms too? Coz I have one from childhood (I had cocoberry) and I didn't have any happy tails ponies, or peekaboo babies (another set that had them).
