I like my name because it's more unique than a lot of my friends (apparently it's a popular name, but I haven't met many other people with it). I also like it because it doesn't have a gender attached to it, which is something I'm still unsure of.

I like my name a little, but I HATE my last name, Its Poore, and kids in school would always make fun of me for being "poor" ugh. My name is okay, but I hate what my dad had in mind when naming me.

My parents named me Lori. I dont mind it its just my middle name I can't stand. It was very common. I used to hate being called Lori Ann. ><: My maiden name I didnt mind very much. Sometimes they called me Miss Lori in school. Sigh the teasing. ><:
When I picked out my daughters name it was gonna be Medley or Arianna. So we went with Arianna because I couldnt stand her having Mel an nick name. Ari sounds nicer. Her middle name is not so bad I named her after Lily the flutter pony. Her last name fit with the whole name.

thanks that made me blush. I know I have a cousin named Laurie. They used to call use Lori 1 and Laurie 2. They always spelled my name wrong alot too. Since its the shortest version.
