Do you think her hair's been cut?

I just found this Pony on an auction, and the seller states that her hair is "sooooo soft and uncut." But to me, her hair looks choppy, like it has been cut.
I have won from this seller before. When I got Ember in the mail, she wasn't as she'd been described or as pictured. So I don't know if it's even worth it for me. What does everyone think?

I'd ask for another picture. That is hard to tell, but that set I have the hardest time trying to control their hair!

From that picture I think it looks like the hair has been cut.
But like GroovyGusty said - if you pull it straight up it might be uncut.

It does look like it's been trimmed a tad, but it's hard to tell with these ponies; it's possible the seller isn't aware it's been cut.
