Sorry for the delay, my hubby fragged our FIOS. It has the Care Bears logo and underneath that it says: MCMLXXXV American Greetings Corp, Cleveland Ohio 44144 Made in Taiwan 53253

It could have something to do with the newer 2010s cartoon called Care-a-lot. It could be a store or convention type display.

Neat I got it on Etsy a while back and just found it in a box in my closet. I have been meaning to find out info on it, but always come up empty handed.

MCMLXXXV is 1985, so it is some type of vintage item. Maybe it's some kind of party decoration? I'm just guessing.
