Early B-day present, and thrift store finds...

I don't normally post brags, but I couldn't resist when my boyfriend gave my my birthday present a couple of weeks early. Mimic is the only pony I have ever sold, and he remembered me mentioning that and then tracked her down for my B-day :) I'm so happy, she's in beautiful shape, her pink stripe in her mane is unfaded even.

Then over the last two weekends, my mom and I found these ponies at a couple of different thrift stores in the area

And yesterday I went to Target, just to check on ponies and the had the babies on clearance, and this is the first time I've seen them at my Target :)

It's been so long since I've had this much pony luck, I just felt like sharing :)

What a great pony haul for you! And Mimic for your birthday, your bf is awesome (maybe he can give my fiance some tips about pony buying hehe). She's really lovely, as are all your other finds. Congrats ^_^

Wow. I use to own mimic as well, and sold her on ebay. Your boyfriend is so sweet. She is in awesome shape too :shock: Great thrift store finds. I wonder why G3s are being sold in thrift stores? Since they are not vintage. :?:

Actually, I've gotten about half of my collection of G3's from thrift stores. It's probably because kids get too many toys and parents downsize them, or maybe little girls/boys with ponies just lost interest in them. Someday I guess some of them will be in the same boat as some of us, wishing they had kept their childhood ponies lol.
 
In the second picture down who's the pink pony with the hearts please?

That's Wish-I-May. She's really cute without her wings. :D Nice haul!

And I find G3s at the thrift store quite a bit. Even found my jumbo plush Toola Roola there. AND I find lots of the new line MLP books too. :D Such good deals.
 
Wow what a lucky haul! I havn't found G3's or any ponies at thrift stores in a while. Congrats on the Mimic too!
