SOOOOOOOOOOO...I had this WONDERFULLY beautiful thread all nicely written out. I was just going over everything making sure I spelled everything right (I'm such a perfectionist) and then what do you believe happens??? ***POP*** Static on the screen and then the WHOLE house goes black. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!! I worked like maybe...TEN minutes on that thread and now I have to do it all over again. I will try to remember everything I wrote. Here we go:

So my husband took me thrifting for a few hours this afternoon and this is what I found:

First stop was at Value Village. Oh I find the most ADORABLE newborn twin G1s. Check out those FACTORY CURLS!!! And I was just shocked to see them STILL together!! Sadly there was goo on the left baby. I tried getting most of it off, but I stopped for fear I might do something bad. I have NO idea what that bear creature is, but she still has on a dress.

Then we drove all the way to Woodinville to visit this TJ Maxx place I keep hearing about. I didn't find the ponies I was after, but I DID manage to find the Bright Night So Soft!! I played her once and THAT was enough for me. She will never be played again as long as she's around me. *shudders* I went through all the trouble to go to that store, so I HAD to get something. Plus she's yellow.

My last finds were at Goodwill. Got myself a Kimono I, another Chuck E Cheese sippy cup and OH MY GOD!!! I nearly DIED when I came across this canteen! I had wanted one of these for such a long time and could never make myself buy one off of eBay. I NEVER would have thought I'd find one...and for $0.99 no less!!! It's in such great condition and I am so happy.

And now hopefully I can POST this with no problems. It's only 2 1/2 hours LATER. Ugh. Stupid power outtage.

you can prolly safely removed the goo on the twin the goo-gone. The little creature, i forget what they are but i had one when i was a kid

I love that canteen, I bid like at least $5 for one on ebay years ago, but i never saw it again, I love obsure pony stuff

AW I LOVE Bitsy Bears. I still have one MOC from the 80s that I got at a garage sale a while ago. Does yours still wind up and go? I thought they were the cutest, and the way the cards for them are designed...they are a LOT like the my little pony backcards designs. If I still have mine, i'll scan it and show you

WOW! I had NO idea she even HAD that windy thing. Her dress was covering it up and I didn't even bother to look. She doesn't walk, but she does move her left arm up and down. She has the CRAZIEST sausage curls! LOL! And her fuzzy skin is flawless. Are these highly sought after? I didn't even give her a second glance when I saw her cuddled in the bag with the twins.

Thanks for the advice, but I'm probably not going to be keeping them anyways so I don't want to chance in possibly ruining her. I'm sure a more knowledgable G1 collector would be better cleaning her up than me.

i have one of those bears.. its on a bike/... ive been trying to get ridof it for the price i paif for like a year or so now.. lol thing is weird.

my boyfriend hates bright noight too... wont let me make her talk near him.,.. heh

More finds!!!

So I managed to get my husband to take my to the ONLY Flea Market up here yesterday. It closes in October and I wanted to try my luck before the season was over. WELL...I s'pose I did perty good!! Here's all the G3s I managed to find! Most from one vendor.

All the non-McD G3s were $1 each except for Denim Blue. I got her for $1.50. Got 3 McDonalds for $1 and the other one for $0.50. I just can't seem to leave those cuties behind. And as you can see...the far right one has Charm Bracelet's TUTU on!! YAY! I guess I did pretty good for my first trip to the flea market this year! And all of these are in really good shape. Just needs a little stylin. LOL!!

Luckily Abra-ca-dabra didn't have ANY black on her, but Pumpkin Tart had it just on the TIPS of her ears. OHHHHHH....I'm loving these girls!!! For those who are waiting on these ponies...don't worry...I am DETERMINED to get a set for you!!

YAY!!! Got the cute plushie basket and a cute Fluttershy bag which I'm assuming is from last year? I couldn't pass it up since I never got last year's. And it's all glittery and cute. This Abra-ca-dabra is on hold for PinkChicken.

Fluttershy is my absolute favorite G3. I can't ever seem to pass her up at flea markets, haha, but I've been working on remedying that. Haha! Adorable! I didn't know there were baskets and stuff for Haloween, though I guess I should have known! Will there be a Fluttershy Trick-or-Treat thing again? I must find out!
