I came across this guy at the thrift store earlier, bundled with 2 G3's. Evidently its a fake Remco, and I didn't even know they made fake Remcos

Anyone have info on him? All i can find is one image of him in a package "Lovely Pets" with other fake Remco and a fake takara japan pony seen here:

There's no marks on his body indicating year or brand. It's a baby rearing pose.

Also found this site.

The info is so limited, I can't find it on sale anywhere either. I assume it's worthless, but I am curious to what he could be worth regardless, anyone have ideas?

Either way, she's cute. I like the rearing pose and I will clean her up and put her in my collection.

If it is remco it would say on hooves, i collect remco fakies
I have a couple of these :) have you tried the fakie group on fb

Fakiespaceman might have some more info.

Fakies of fakies are hilarious, like a game of telephone except it's a cast of a cast of cast until you end up with a pony shaped blob lol. Some of the more vintage fakies or sought out molds can go for a bit more, but for the most part they aren't worth much. (Except to me cause I love them all :lolpony: )

They make great baits to practice customs on!

I just thought she was really cute and unique. What molds are more sought after?

And I will have to find the fakie group on Facebook!
Princess Rinse n' Spit, passable G1/G2/G3 fakies, Merry-go-round fakies, and Takara fakies are all pretty sought after.

Of course there are "fakies" that could fall under their own line like the Cabbage Patch ponies (my fav lol) or the Tonka Keypers ponies that are popular too.
