Right off, I'd have to say Dr. Seuss's How The Grinch Stole Christmas is my ultimate fav.

Then next I'd have to say the classic claymation toons. Santa Clause is Coming To Town, Rudolph, then the less-popular classic cartoons such as Mr. Magoo's Christmas Carol, and Cricket & The Hearth.

I recently watched "Jingle All The Way" with Arnold Schwartzenegger, and I lol'd so hard XD
Totally cheez'n on 90's throw-backs there.

I also enjoyed the Home Alone series growing up~

My favorite Christmas movies are...

Animations:
Rudolf (it's sort of a cartoon I guess?)
The Grinch
Charlie Brown Christmas
The Simpsons: Simpsons Roasting on an Open Fire (the first episode)

Live Actions:
The original Miracle on 34th Street
Elf
Home Alone
And I agree with LightningSilver-Light on Jingle All the Way. :D
