Finally thrift stores come thru...now some flea market finds

I always look, but rarely find any g1's at the closest thrift stores anymore. But...on wed I got a bug in me telling me to go to one that has NEVER had anything. And I spotted a pink frog float :).

Decided that it wasn't enough to really brag about, but today I looked thru a couple others and in a bag of 101 dalmations stuff saw teeny tiny bootsie. I have her, but don't care lol. Then went to another one that I'd been to really recently and expected the big nothing.

And I saw it...a really big white plastic shoe...Satin Slipper Sweet Shoppe! Now granted, it is missing...er pretty much everything, including the bow on top :roll: But, once again, Don't really care :lol: was SOOOOO happy to find it! Needless to say, I got a look when I brought it up to purchase *giggles*

Sometimes you can find the bow in peoples sales list, you never know, I have the weirdest extras ever lol. I have an extra top to the buggy... go figure, I found it at the flea market
 
Yeah, talk about having the weirdest extras, I have an extra base to the G2 pretty parlor.. no idea how I wound up with it. Congrats!
 
yeah.. I've actually seen the bow at least twice recently. shouldn't be to awfully difficult!

Mkay, went to the flea market today and didn't do too bad :)

Firstly I found some baggies of mostly barbie shoe's, combs ect, and came up with 3 bags that included some pony shoes, including two clear sparkly ones, and one butterfly comb. This was a whole dollar.

Next I spotted two G1 plushes. Windy (with realllly ratty hair) and Parasol. For 4 dollars total, was happy.

Went a long ways before I found anything else, but did come across a TAF Love Medley for a buck.

Lastly....in the last row, did some searching through a large junk/toy pile and spotted SW Buzzer! Her cost...a whole 50 cents :-D. Her hair is a big frizzy, but her wings are attatched and in pretty good shape w/no ink marks.

So those were my pony finds, 6.50 worth I think ;-).

I also did come across some vintage 80's cartoon records too. One is a strawberry shortcake record (by it self) from 1981 "Strawberry Shortcake meets the Spelling Bee". Another is a carebears record that apparently came free with some cough medicine. Kinda strange lol. But my last one is still in shrink wrap, a 1982 carebears record and book "a World made of Love." I'm not actually a collector of care bears, but thought they were kinda cool :-D.
