So, last week I finally re-rooted an Apple Jack that I’ve had for well over a year waiting to be re-rooted.

I kept procrastinating because I was so worried I would mess it up. But then I did and I love how she came out!!!

This beauty is going to @PrincessMangoPickle as part of a trade. I was sad and excited to see her go last week when I dropped her off for her journey.

Anyways, I’m not longer afraid to re-root and see many more happening very soon! :)

Great job

She's looks like brand new! No one would ever know she was a re-root, great job!

Thanks!! I love her, I was sad to see her go afterward, but she’s going to a good home. :) Just gives me incentive to reroot some of my other ponies who’ve had “trims” over the years. Lol

I need to rehair my Munchie. She had an awful haircut, but I never remember to look for her hair. Seems it's an off-colour that might be hard to find if memories serves.

Which it so often doesn't.

Apparently “Dusty Rose” from dollyhair is an exact match for Munchie. :)

She looks great @Skybreeze . Absolutely excellent work.

Great job. I haven't rerooted in years. I remember enjoying the process, but hating getting the donor hair.

Yeah that’s the hard part. I stash ponies until I have few that need re-rooting and order about $50USD of hair at once. That way I avoid shipping fee’s and I can get a lot of my ponies done at once. For instance I am currently waiting on a shipment to re-root my Rainbow Ponies. :)

You did a great job on her!

Wow! She looks so spiffy. If I could pay you, I'd ask you to do some of mine.

I just started my first reroot (that isn't yarn) today. A movie later aand...this is taking longer than I thought. Whoops.
You did a lovely job with AJ! I'd love to see you do some alt rehairs sometimes, those are my absolute favorites and I'm sure my collection of those is going to grow exponentially next year.

I do have a couple rainbow ponies that had mane cuts that need to be re-rooted. Once I’ve caught up on my sewing I need to do, they are my next project. :)

But I did test the waters with my Salty. I love him so much more now. Lol
