Yay! My first ever completed customs! I WOULD say that they are lovable and huggable, but please see the pictures below. Well...I like them. :D

Their names are Frankenshy, Hazy Harmony, and Voodoo Belle. They took me roughly a week to complete.

Thanks to Woosie for putting the following collage together for me:

re

i like that purple pony with a nose ring, :D . so cool!

re:

hehe, they're cute! Just in time for Halloween--I love the names!

*lol* those are so awsome.

At the same time as they are adorably cute I kind of feel sorry for the poor things ;)
Very nice job on them though =P

Those are cute in a scaary sort of way :D

AND i see a mother love pony in there *steals it and runs away*

OMG! I love those! They're so cute! <3

...how much would you charge for one of those? :D

Eee, I love them as well! I think they're adorable :D I don't really like the G3 plushies but I'd buy them all if they looked like that :p Great work!

HEHEHE Those are hilarious! I can't believe you chopped limbs off and swapped them! My BF would have a heart attack if he walked into my pony room and saw me hacking up my little plushies! hehehe

I bet those plushies would dye well too. A green one would be cool! ;)

Thanks for the kind comments guys. :D I tried customizing 'hard bodied' ponies a while ago but they didn't work out so well for me and I never finished them. I think this plushie thing is much more up my alley. I think I'll leave the hard bodied ponies to Woosie to customize! I do plan on doing some other plushie ponies in the future though I haven't thought of what I'll do next. If there's anything you guys think would be cool to see, please let me know for future sets/ponies. I really had a lot of fun with these little monstrosities. I can't really formally sew, but I like making funny little things.

This whole thing came about from a movie project I did a couple years back. I was thinking about it and was inspired to create these ponies. Although the victim of my haphazard slashing last time was a stuffed bunny, I figured the same concept would work on the ponies. Fortunately for the ponies, I made them more cute than grotesque. (The bunny was supposed to have had a lawn mower accident in the movie.)

Nauticah - I'm not sure what I'd charge. I hadn't really thought about selling them. :) I'm glad you like them though. Did you have something in mind?

*edit*
Tikibirds - That mother love pony isn't mine. It's actually Woosie's. We were at her place taking pictures.

Hmmm..
rethinks strategy

What if I send you a set of plushie ponies? ^.^ I won't make you part with your frankenponies!

Silky i hope you don't mind, but I saw them and decided to make some of my own. If you want i can post pictures when they are finished.

BTW this is LDD's hubby

^___^ I really like this idea. Probably because I like to take things and Franken 'em. I want to take all the fabric remnants in my mom's box and throw them into a skirt, for instance. >__>

Platinum -

No problem! I'd love to see them! I've got some ideas and I'd like even more. I think I'll be making some more too. I'd like to have several different sets!

Once all this Hurricane Rita stuff settles down it'll be easier for me. I'm so glad it didn't actually end up hitting Houston, but my family threw our house into disarray and we are still trying to clean it all up! Seriously, it looks like the hurricane came even though it didn't!

Rose -

I don't blame you! It's a lot of fun isn't it? My boyfriend and I are thinking about collecting an array of $1 stuffed toys to work with.
