I have these playsets to sell, and someone who's interested in buying them, but I just don't know what to ask for them..

Lullabye Nursery:
Missing two diaper boxes with diapers. Missing purple bear brush. Accessories= Pink/Blue
The only thing I think is worth noting is that the box is in a really bad state, and that the sticker is stuck inside the nursery.

Show stable:
Fully functioning! Just missing comb.
It does have a lot of sun damage, and some white spots from where stickers had been stuck on (parts shielded from the sundamage)

Scrub a dub tub:
Complete!
The sponge is just kind of dirty-looking. And the showercap is really fragile.

Poof n puff perfume palace:
It's complete and comes with the "alternate" hat.
I don't think the nailpolish is usable anymore...

The Crimp 'n' Curl Hair Salon:
Complete.
The make-up looks like it's not really been used, but the fashion foam feels half-empty.

baby buggy:
no diaper, no brush, no ribbon.
The lace is stretched and doesn't fit snug around the buggy.

Satin slipper sweet shoppe:
no comb, no ribbon
The instructions have been damaged by.. Silverfish, probably.

Rock a bye bed:
complete (dutch/french box and instructions)
It feels kind of like the side tables don't quite fit, but I think that's a factory error.

Baby bonnet school of dance:
nbbe baby half note, no yellow ballet box, special puffy sticker
Some of the stickers have come off. (I have some loose ones from this set)

Dream castle:
missing pink throne blanket, cape, and a few ribbons
One of the walls doesn't really attach (the smaller one. It doesn't click in, but you can still balance it) and one of the banners is ripped, so you can't hang it. The dragon is sticky.

Paradise estate:
broken duck pull toy, no stacking toy, otherwise complete.
Two of the carpet-stickers have come off, there's a lot of sun-damage and one of the roofs has a hole in it.

I'd really appreciate some help with these! Someone is already interested in a bunch of them, so I really have to settle on a price...

Lately, $50 is the Lullabye Nursery's "popular" going price, even well completed.

I'd also say $40+ for the tub.

$40-$60 for the Show Stable, $70-$100 for the Perm Shoppe, since it looks very clean, and $35-$55 for the Perfume Palace.

Paradise Estate, $200+, Dream Castle, $100-$150, Baby Buggy, $35, Satin Slipper Sweet Shoppe, which price has gone up for that lately, $60, Rock a bye bed, $35+, Baby Bonnet School of dance, $25-$30.
Now if these go to all one person, maybe less, but these are the prices that seem appropriate. They change a lot though.
