hi! i'm not sure where i should put this...
alright, so. recently, i discovered that i can extract the objects that come with flash files. yes, adobe flash might not work anymore, but the programs that view .swf files do work. for this, i downloaded some games that were on the old, G3-era mlp website.
what caught my attention, was that i could extract these objects within the games and convert them to a file format called .svg, which is very high quality and is used to preserve certain images (websites like wikipedia use this file format for logos and other graphics). based on this, i found that there was a high quality version of the logo. it had no background and no white outline as it is usually seen. for this, i exported the .svg file to .png (we all know about .png files) and then, i simply used an editing program (photoshop) to add the outline and its white background. and there it is!
technically i just exported it from the ponyville forever flash game and then i kinda edited it, but i managed to make a G3 logo recreation with it.
putting it on spoilers since it's a very big and heavy image!
