Hello, could you please help me identify this pony? I want to make a gift to a friend who is a fan of MLP. I've located several gifts and identified the characters in them, but I'm having trouble with this one. My idea is giving her the one with the pony she likes most.

I still go around saying G3 rainbow Dash catchphrase "Darling" one of my favorite lines is from A vary minty Christmas
