My name is Mickis. I live in Sweden with my hubby, my 16-year-old son and a lot of animals. I am 44 years old and have been collecting since -07 when I left my son's father. I had wanted to start earlier, but he thought it was silly
I got my first pony when I was 6, I think. Or was I 7 years old, well there somewhere. I have a bad memory and can be dizzy
but back to my first pony. Grandpa took me to a toy store by the train station. We went down a flight of stairs, there on the left I saw them. I stood there completely in love and looked at all the beautiful, colorful horses. Grandpa said I had to choose 1. God it was so hard, didn't know who to take. But then i chose posey she became my first. I got many more from my beloved grandfather. I grew up, put my 25 ponys in a box when guys and partying got in the way. Time passed, met my son's father and had my son -06. I remember when love came alive again. I was in a shopping center looking at children's things for the son, I walked around and there I saw both G2s and G3s. The G2s went away, god they didn't look like my little pony at all sorry. But the G3s were nice. I thought to myself i wanted to buy 1. I told the son's father and he got angry, only morons do that. It is childish and you are not a child. I got sad and buried that thought
Then came the day I never thought. I left the son's father and took my things with me. There was my box with my childhood ponies that I had found in grandma and grandpa's attic 1 year earlier. But now I could buy my pony so then it started again. Bought about 150 G3s did 1 taruring with a G3a but realized it's the G1s I played with and love. Sold them all and started buying G1or. Was out a lot on the Swedish ebay Tradera and also ebay. Today I have 480 pcs+13 MOCs and 5 playsets. My goal with my collecting is to collect all the Poseys because they are my grandfather to me ❤ and unfortunately for my wallet I have the most expensive ones left but have started making some customs myself.
In real life I work as a cleaner in a retirement home. My hubby works on the same. The free time goes to the son, the animals and my ponies. I will probably mostly be here to buy. Is open for trade. It was about me
