I'm wondering, for those of us who don't keep their ponies displayed in you bedroom, what does your favorite room look like? Mine is my bedroom. Lots of natural wood, pictures of my girl, my purple everywhere, a crystal in the window, and a super girly bed with a canopy complete with beaded purple valances.

I have an empty bedroom that I could make a pony room, but since downsizing my collection, it fits nicely in my front room. My mother hates that it's the first thing you see when walking in the door. I love it. More room to play, just the right temperature and lighting, plus I walk past them anytime I go anywhere and seeing them makes me happy.

My room is small it was mine when I was a kid. I live with my parents due to my health for the time beginning. My bed is a small twin it was mine when I was a kid do you see a theme here. I have a frozen frozen sheets and comforter on my bed. My walls have poster from the last unicorn frozen labyrinth and shape of water on them.
I have three shelve in my room my largest has my Cleo de Nile collection books other small doll collection on it. My 2nd largest has my rarity collection and custom collection. On top are my frozen dolls and my beauty and the beast dolls. My smaller set of selves houses the rest of my frozen collection and pop I have pop on my larger selves too.
On a set of floating selves that wraps around my room my collection of dolls sits.

I don't currently have a favorite room. I dislike the house we are in. It is small and old, and hasn't been kept up well.

My ponies are currently shelved in a room that also contains the extensive boardgame collection, boardgame table (which is the size of a large dining table), my sewing corner and craft stuff. That is, the majority of my ponies, not actually my whole collection, or all my craft supplies. The rest of that stuff is still crammed in boxes scattered between a closet and the garage. Sigh. I cant wait to move.

When we get to PHX and have a larger place again, I envision a fabulous craft/pony room all to myself!

Sounds like you need more space if the ponies are in boxes! Plus, no craft room, yikes! It took my mom 22 years of marriage, kids, and moving about until she got a proper area for sewing (I.e. 80% of their full basement. 1500 sq ft down there) and she gave up her kitchen doing it. They remodeled the kitchen about 4 years ago and last year was their 50th anniversary.

I'd be in a studio or one bedroom apartment with my girl if nit for having my parents as landlords.

My favorite room is the living room. I sit on the couch where my Aunt Oochie always sat, trying to soak up any sweet Oochie energy she left there. From there I can look out and see the front pasture and sometimes witness grand squirrel battles in the big pecan trees.

Our house needs more room. Our library is piled and I have over 40 boxes of books with no where to live. Our plan is to eventually add on, building a bigger library where I can also display my ponies and toys. The old library will be come the guest room. Right now guests are stuck on the couch. Luckily our guests are all family or just like family so they don't mind.

It's not a room really, but I have a little creative nook where I display a lot of my paintings and collages. There's these pretty little bird shaped mirrors on all three walls and it's pretty cozy. I usually paint, meditate, read, or play guitar in there.

In a constant state of stress and anxiety. o_O

My favourite room is my bedroom. Mostly because it’s mine, I can light a candle without anyone say “why’s a candle lit?” I can sit in quiet or listen to music and be creative. But mostly it’s my favourite because my bed is there, I love nothing more than snuggling under my blankets and cuddling with the dogs and watching tv/movie. Also I’m a hermit at heart and it’s my safe space.

That's me, too! I invested in a nice mattress, so I love snuggling in my pretty canopy bed with my girl and my dog, just reading or watching the rainbows dance around my room.

It’s my downstairs bathroom! lol. It’s a cat free zone, so I get to decorate with all of my breakables and pretty stuff.

Oh, this sounds lovely. I'd adore seeing some of your artwork. Would you be willing to give us a peek?

(I used to do a lot of collage work as well. Now I'm amassing stuff to make a collages tarot deck. I just have to find the 'perfect' pics and items.)

I literally LOL'ed because my bratty cats love to see what they can destroy on a daily basis. I have no idea why they love mayhem so much. It's like they're the minions of Loki.

The only thing my cats ever destroyed were my work shoes. I worked in a deli and came hom with meat bits stuck in the soles. I had to start keeping them in the closet.

My Wesley only destroys his toys. He's so ridiculously well behaved. No digging or going after trash or mushrooms (so many wild mushrooms around here). His only naughtiness is trying to snatch E's food. In his mind, she ranks lower in the pick than him.

I admit, what my cats do that makes me mental is clawing the furniture. They just claw and claw. My outside cat herd is so good... the inside cats? Total jerks.

I'd eat 'em if I didn't think they'd taste like poop.

You are joking, right? Eating the cats? Maybe you could post about your dark desires in the Strangest Food Thread...

Just buy the cats a scratching post...

Cats get anxiety and there are products made to help them...

Give love to get love back...

oh trust me. There’s more cat furniture in the house than human furniture. They still like to destroy stuff! Lol

Nah, I wouldn't eat my cats. I like to tell them I will though! Not like they're concerned. They're super spoiled.

They actually have a cat tower with three scratching posts, but they prefer the back of my couch and the arms of my vintage love seat. Except Magic, she likes to claw the wooden molding around the kitchen door! Only Nala doesn't claw, of the four housecats, and I'd say that makes her best cat but she does something worse...

She and Magic will occasionally pee on the loveseat. AUGGHHH!

I'd understand it if they were any of the rescues, but Nala is a foster that I kept and she actually came from a super loving home and Magic was born here. I cannot explain their behavior beyond them being spoiled monsters.

Some pet owners leave the litterbox out of their site, like in a hot/warm attic or cold/cool basement leaving the cat needing to exercise on a stair case whenever needing to relieve him/her self...
If you had to use a restroom, would you want to work out and exercise just to get to the Restroom?

Others put the Guard Dog (or a pet dogs bed) Infront for the litter box which could be intimidating for a cat...
Would you want to walk past a Guard Dog to go to the Restroom?

Just like Grandmother/Grandfather could have bowl problems and need a diaper, or pregnant ladies may laugh and pee at the same time Your pet may need to see a Urologist.

You could put the Litter Box or a Pee Pee Psd Down next to your love seat or rearrange your furniture to accommodate your cat...

Even if they don't say "Thank You" I'm sure that they'd appreciate your understanding, compassion and love.

Edit: No disrespect to you...

I had a beanbag chair as a kid, no stairs, the dog was scared of my 20 pounds of muscle cat, and the cat pee'd on the beanbag chair! Once one animal did, they all wanted to pee there. No amount of cleaning could get rid of the smell enough. It was a lost cause.
