G1 How To ID Dream Beauties?

I’ve been looking at the Dream Beauty ponies to try and clue myself up on them a a bit more as I feel I may accidentally pass some if I saw in the wild. I feel this had happened before, thinking maybe a potential Dream Gleamer or Stardazzle was a Barbie-type pony. Even though I checked over this potential pony, I saw no markings and thought maybe it’s not after all. I still don’t know if it was…

I tried looking at some being sold on eBay to see more angles like the hooves and bellies but I don’t see anything that could suggest it’s a Dream Beauty. My question is, do these ponies have any sort of telltale signs that could confirm if one is or not? Would I just have to go off the eye design?

The dream beauties only had 3 pose variations, even the ones with wings, so that can help with ID. There also were not a lot of them made. I've found only one in the wild in all my years of collecting, they don't seem to be too common.

The bottoms of their hooves are flat and iirc there are no "Hasbro" stamps on them anywhere. You really just gotta eyeball it. They do have the distinct MLP-style eyes, albeit with eyeshadow and a couple more eyelashes than usual.

Thank you both!

I guess if there’s no stamps or anywhere I’ll just have to really study the ponies by look. If my phone dies whilst I’m out I’ll have to go off what I’ve learnt… I hadn’t really much care for these ponies before but now I am realising their beauty. Also it’ll be nice to have a part of MLP that never really took off, an interesting part of MLP history if I ever saw one in person

I LIED, THEY DO HAVE A HASBRO STAMP.

Buuuut its on the inside of their rear leg. Kind of inconvenient for ID purposes but it's there!

It says 1989 HASBRO INC

Ah, thank you!
I’m glad there’s some sort of mark!
