As a lot of you know, I have Multiple Sclerosis (MS). I’ve always had a difficult time sleeping (falling asleep and staying asleep). I typically only sleep about an hour or two a night if I’m lucky.
In the last two weeks I’ve had less than eight hours. My doctors don’t know what more to do for me and frankly I’m super frustrated. So I was wondering, what do you guy do before bed to calm yourself and relax? Get ready to drift off into dreamland.
(Also, quick side note: my cousin had her baby today!! She had a little boy who they’ve named Benjamin. I’m so excited and can’t wait to meet him when they’re ready for visitors. She doesn’t live far from me at all so I will be around a lot more. Lol)
