I'm sure this has been discussed before, but I'm newer here so please forgive me and I'm curious to know...has anyone heard of any plans for a release of a G3 unicorn? I was in my local Evil Empire (Walmart) the other day and saw a really pretty pegasus, and it just got me thinking.

I've seen some AWESOME customes of G3's into unicorns, there are so many talented pony artists, but I would love to see a new unicorn from Hasbro.
 
There is a rumor about "Rarity the unicorn" so we're thinking that when Hasbro finally DOES make them, she might be the only one, or if there are more made, they wont be made in mass numbers. Some people are thinking they will be htf AND store exclusives on top of that.
 
I personally doubt she's going to be one of a kind, a store exclusive, or hard to find. I mean, it's a unicorn, is Hasbro nuts? Since when do pony lovin kids not like unicorns? :p I think she'll be kind of like Starcatcher. But yes, 'Rarity the unicorn' is in the TM list, which does make one wonder if she'll be ooak.
 
I think she'll be a video pony like Star Catcher and Hidden Treasure . . . I guess we'll just have to wait and see, darn it!

I've seen people postings sites that would confirm that there are going to be unicorns released.
I even think someone posted a list of pony names and after written "unicorn" on the ones who would be made as unicorns.
Which would mean that there are more than one unicorn to be made. No one here remember that list?

I personaly do think they will make more than one unicorn. Maybe it is like Star Catcher in the begining. Only one speciall with a video/dvd. But then they started to release lots of pegasus.
It might be that way with this rarity unicorn as well. First she comes along and then after a while they will release lots of them.
I doubt they will only make one unicorn. Hasbro isn't that nutz =P

I love 'em too, and hope that some new ones are made soon...I have a soft spot in my heart though for the G1s-funny thing is in my recollecting I only have one so far...lol.

I have one ordered online, a Glory, and I hope she gets here soon!

Thanks everyone for answering my post--I was totally in the dark about the possibility on G3 unicorns! I'm very excited now ^_^.
