I think Hasbro sent C&D to Midnight Mares if I’m remembering correctly (could be totally wrong though).

I haven’t heard anything about the other one.

Reading the Article, my trademark sits at the top. The Clyonies are an inventive Word I Made up. My Trademark Lawyer did his work, and Results Clyonies is a Coined word.

Hasbro MLP Trademark strength level on the spectrum sits. On Descriptive Mark. Granted they still have protection. However, their level of trademark protection is less than the Trademarks that are above them.

I'm just learning all this stuff.
