Missing people

There are quite a few of the oldies crew that I miss seeing around. I know the TP got a little quiet for a few years; so I hopped over to the 'other' pony board for a bit. Was fun but got overwhelming after a while.

Took a break from ponies for a little bit, but came back here. This has always been my home. <3

Yeah when I went to the Meet Up, I had heard of other boards. Which "other" pony boards, did/do you go to?

@Sunkissed I was talking about the Arena. It was always just so busy; if I didn't log on for a week I lost threads or had to read back through 50 pages of a thread to know what everyone was talking about.

Oddly enough, this month, I've been logging on multiple times a day...

@Sunkissed I talk to my psychologist about everything. Doctor client privilege. The main things I've said about the forum is how happy it makes me and @tsukikakushi the mlptp feels like family to me. My parents hate my ponies and I literally have no real life friends. It helps greatly to know that my psychologist thinks it's good for me to be able to have some social interaction (especially with such great people) and that having my small pony collection is also good for me. It's good to have things that make you smile or bring you happy thoughts.
 
@Sunkissed don't apologize. :D I may just be showing my age, but the Arena is the only other big pony forum I know about.

Ive only been active here in recent years but have been a long time stalker of the MLPTP. I am fortunate enough that I have made life long connections here with some fabulous people and it’s because of this I hold everyone here near and dear to my heart. <3

I too wish I could go to the MD Pony meetup. So bad but I know I can’t do the 8.5hr drive on my own. @Cactusflower I wish you could come home and go on another pony roadtrip where we talk MLP for the entire drive again!! :lolpony:

Me too. I’m dying for a pony meet. And what did happen to Tulagirl? She was awesome.

I guess I have come and gone over the years. I even lost my identity and had to start over, because I left for too long. I like the smaller, closer knit community that now exists.

I concur. I like the smaller community here vs the arena, mainly why I’m not active much over there unless I need to buy for a swap or gift. :)
