Hello all! I don't get much time to post on any MLP forums, though I do try when I can, so I feel odd every time I start a new thread. *shifty eyes* Well, anyway, I wanted to let everyone know that I've got an MLP fanfic in progress. It's something I've been writing in my head for the past two years but I'm only now beginning to be ready to commit it to paper - well, computer screen. 
The main story is called Dreaming the Rainbow and it spans the long and exciting history of Ponyland the way I see it. The first story and thus the first part of the story I'm writing now is called the Birth of Dreams. The first three chapters are now done and up for reading - take a look if you will! Currently the story is on fanfiction.net, but I'm planning to move it on its own website eventually if I get enough interest.

(For those concerned about age ratings: the first chapter is quite safe for all ages, but due to what I plan in the future, I have rated the story PG-13.)
Also, because I'm a copyright fanatic... I have recently read through some of the introduction to the MLP RPG End of the Dream and realised that the back story in that game shares a couple of features of the storyline I've created for the Birth of Dreams. I want to note here that the said RPG has not influenced my story in any way, as I have not been even aware of the game when I created the storyline for my story. Rest assured that the plot of the Birth of Dreams does not in any significant way follow the back story of the game. Any coincidences are just that - coincidences. XD
