So I recently bought a mlp bait pony set online, but the pictures didn't show too many angles. Okay, that's perfectly fine with me (since they're bait and all), but when they arrived, they were in awesome condition! Only one of them truly looked like a bait, and baby glory had a chewed horn, but the adults were exellent. None of the rest had fading, none of their manes or tails were cut, and they didn't have damaged symbols. In fact, they looked better than the ponies that I already have (who are not bait). They all have small marks (one has smooze), one of the Windys has blue marker on her or something, but I'll find a way to make them clean. I always thought that any G1 ponies you collect would always have marks since they're thirty to forty years old, but now, seeing this "bait" lot has me started questioning my pony thoughts. It's just sooooooo weird! Oh, and Tabby's mechanism works like new. With one squeeze, her tail goes in several loops.

Lots of times I find that my idea of baits and others' are wayyyyyyy different. Then again, I don't look for mint Ponies, I go for cheap hussy Ponies. :D

I have just always preferred them looked played with. Dunno why. I mean, mint Ponies are lovely. I guess I'm just keeping it all in my price range.

Ahh the wonders of the Pony World!

Maybe you should go for"baits" more often. :tongue:

I wish I had your luck. Ebay has never been kind to my ponies, except maybe once. They always smell, and once I got a lot that looked way worse when I got it and wreaked of smoke, some tails missing, most symbols gone and/or drawn on with marker. I need to find where they ended up in my room and just give them to someone. Sounds like we should have had opposite lots.

@Khoufu
It is awful when someone draws the symbol on with marker. If you customize ponies and that happens, it sometimes feels like they went through their markers and thought, "Hmmmm, which of these markers is the most permanent?" I wish you good luck in finding good ponies!
