She is original to my collection and was my favorite pony in the world (still is!). She was thieved by a mean cousin of mine years and years ago but made her way back to me recently. I guess my cousin wasnt to mean because apparently she hid the pony in the back of her closet and there she stayed for all the time - never touched or damaged.

After a dusting and hairbrush here she is still minty as ever with her same ribbon just as I left it 20 years ago. And thats my one and only amazing pony story lol But I thought I would share her with you all :)

Out of curiosity I see a lot of folks requesting her. Is she hard to find?

Yes, she is very hard to find, as is her hair color! Yours is absolutely gorgeous!! So cute :D And to think she's exactly the same as you left her 20 years ago...that's amazing! I'm so happy that your cousin returned her :) You should continue to treasure her always!
 
Gah, I try to forget how cute Crumpet is, and how much I want her...then you draw me back in! Darnit! I swear pony collecting is worse then the mob hehe. However, she is lovely, and such a cute story to go along with her, congrats on getting her back.
 
I lvoe Crumpet I always wanted to get one to de-flock as well as having a flocked one. :lol:
 
Wow, you are lucky she didn't play with it/lose the ribbon/ruin it! You must be so happy she's back home :D
 
Yes Crumpet is lovely! I have her too. I love SS as long as they are minty. It is hard to find minty SS period. And for some reason it seems that whole set of SS I do not see that often on ebay.

I think that is one of the nicest SS G1s I have ever seen. Her colors are so bright and she's SO clean! I'm so glad she was returned to you and that you can enjoy her again.
 
That is such a cute story and she looks wonderful.

She is pretty hard to find, for me any rate, I only need her to complete my SS.

Wow! That is the most beautiful Crumpet I've ever seen! (aside from the few MOCs that surface occassionally).

SS's are prone to having their flocking rubbed off, or dirtied an therefore almost impossible to find in nm-mint condition.

And as with all second sets of pony releases, the second set is much more HTF. Crumpet is the Mimic of SS's. :D
 
I love Crumpet, she was a total impulse buy when i got her, i think i paid $30... She is beautiful though :)
