Hi!
I have found a nice pony in a second hand shop - I adored ponys when I was a child so I feel so happy right now. Could you help me pricing her?
I found out that she is an alternate birth flower G1 December Holly. She is rare right?

yes, the alternate birthflower ponies are quite rare. i paid $250 for my alternate violet in 2022, though recently sold listings on ebay have them going for $160-220.

Ooh, wish I had that luck, my daughter's birthday is in December and she would love that pony.

Well, the only alternate Holly currently on eBay is put up for $350. Which means that you could sell quickly (if selling is what you want to do) by pricing her significantly below that. Though for such rare ponies, it would likely be better to put it up as a bid with a lower starting price and let people fight their way up.
