His name is Sandbar. He's a handsome fellow. Must have! Hope they don't chop that pretty hair of his, I hate it when they do that. Looks ugly.

I was just looking at this guy on Ali Express (after getting tipped off by MLP Merch of his existence ). I loooove his colors and symbol! Kind of harkens back to early G1 with the 'repeating symbol' trend.

I too hope that he retains his luscious locks (lol) and doesn't get a mohawk. My guess is that he won't have one, because I believe the ponies with mohawk hair have a stiffer kind of synthetic hair (which is why it stands up so well), whereas this guy looks to have 'normal' brushable hair. He also has bangs, which is interesting. I've often thought that G4s in general would look better if they all had bangs / a forelock, like the very early G4s did.

I might pick him up on Ali Express since he's only $8 with free shipping. Edit: Slight correction, he's actually $9 with free shipping.

It's not a mohawk, its a cross between a mop top and reverse mullet for lack of a better description. Party in the front, nuthin in the back.

What the heck? He looks like a Beatnik. That is just ridiculous looking. I feel he is going to break out in poetry any minute. All he needs is a black turtleneck shirt and a guitar. Why he even looks like he could be a lead singing in a 60's band. The turtle looks like a Hip Hop dancer. Hasbro must be on something.

Not sure how I feel about the layering of his forelock, but will wait to judge until he joins my herd.
