Newborn Twin accessories...price check and questions.

Hi! I'm looking to start up a newborn twin collection, but have noticed that there seems to be a short on they're accessories. (Or rather, they're larger accessories.) How easy is it going to be to find the strollers, bassinetts, and other main accessories? How much do they go for and which ones are more HTF? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
