G1 Pink-tailed Glory?

Going through my box of ponies to clean and found a Glory with a pink tail!! Either I'm just a noob and haven't seen this before, or something's weird. Any explanations? Or was there a Glory released I don't know about? Her mane is purple and blue, she has the right cutie mark (or used to); she's definitely Glory, just with the wrong tail colour!

Can her head come off? If she has a metal washer, her tail is probably either from another pony, or she is a variant. If she was rehaired, there is a chance that they used a metal washer, but they might have used a plastic one as well.

The plight of hairless ponies is indeed a sad one. Perhaps the local doll hair dealer was out of Sour Grapes that week?

Thanks everyone! She came from my stepmother, I contacted her and she said she is indeed an amateur rehair from when she was eight. Lol!
