Please help identify this game/cartoon character for me

I collect vintage quilts, and embroidered/crochet baby blankets. I found this quilt that was modern made all embroidered on one side. Had to have it. The amount of work that was done was amazing and all by hand. The thing is it has this character fabric on the back and I have no idea who this is. Do you? Can someone help me?

Okay, never heard of that but I am not a kids cartoon watcher really unless its the old stuff I grew up on. Thank you so much for solving that mystery for me. I guess the person that made this quilt must have felt the child was going to love seeing that character on the back of their blanket. I have never even seen that fabric in the fabric store. So unique.

It's a cartoon for small children, it aired on Nick Jr and I saw it once so that's the only reason I know of the character lol! The cartoon is for kids in the same age range as the kids who would watch Blues Clues
