But for some strange reason Whizzer is a male in the spanish version, "he" has a male voice and they treat her like "him", maybe is 'cause they hava a few persons that did the traslation.

Yes that is correct.

The voice artist is Nancy Cartwright - if you look anywhere online you will see that she is credited.

A couple of months ago she was on Richard & Judy (UK talk show), where she was talking about Bart Simpson. She mentioned the fact that during the early years of The Simpsons(1989) she was on about 6 saturday morning kids cartoons in the USA and she specifically mentioned MLP.
