G1 Restoration question- Are these cancer spots?

Customer sent me some photos of ponies she just bought~

My first instinct is "cancer spots" but I'm not entirely sure~ no clue what the yellow would be on the pink one, or of the brown spots on the other being possibly tail rust bleeding through the rubber

To me, those look like cancer. But it is always hard to tell for sure in a photo. Sometimes I see marks like those that appear more to have been made by something rubbing against the pony, causing bleeding into the plastic. But from the photos, they look like cancer marks.

The first picture looks a little different to the 2nd.

The 2nd one does look like pony cancer. Are you able to take a picture in bright sunlight?

They look like cancer to me too, but like Slinky said, some clearer photos in bright light would be helpful to know for sure

I don't think the photo is clear enough to tell for the first one. I agree that the second is probably cancer.

Right~ well thanks for the info! I was able to advise the lady into a decision on what to do with them based on this info~ so she probably won't be taking more pics
