I wasn't sure where else to turn!
I have attached some pictures- they're a little hard to see but you get the general gist. I picked up this pony from a second hand store, and she has little raised bumps that are a little darker, as well as a dark spot on her forehead. I would love to display her with my others but I'm not sure whether this will spread!
What do y'all think?

I've read several times that pony cancer or blemishes don't spread. Can anyone confirm that?

I know in my experience it just sticks to the infected pony. They probably turn zombie eventually...

It’s true, age spots don’t spread from one pony to another. If you keep ponies in less than ideal conditions (hot, humid, no air circulation), this can help age spots to develop in ponies that used to look “clean”. I really think this is why the idea that they can spread came about.

I’ve had ponies with age spots living happily in my herd for over 10 years and the spots have not spread to other ponies.

Yep, yep I agree. At one time I think people thought they were spreading but the idea now seems to be that it does not and any ponies that didn't have spots that now do don't have anything to do with the pony next to them and more to do with the conditions they were and currently are in. The new spots may have just taken longer to appear.
