I thought it might be fun to do something a bit different.

Show off your favourite (from each gen) AND your least favourite pony (from each gen) in your collection.

We all have them, even if we don’t want to admit it. Now it’s time to bring both ponies to the spot light. Who knows, maybe we can find new appreciation for our least faves when we share with friends.

Keep in mind, I do like all my ponies otherwise they wouldn't stay.

I have many, many favorite G1s. But Fizzy is perhaps my ultimate favorite. She has ties to my childhood in both toy and cartoon form.

I really do like little Minty, but she is jointed and I don't like jointed toy animals.

Tropical Surprise is gorgeous! Her mix of cool and neon colors brings me back to my childhood. I love teal and turquoise, I love neon green. Her eyes are like an ocean wave and the bright flowers add a splash of warmth.

Baby Honolulu is super cute. She's got great colors, my issue is her mould. The g3 baby Pegasus mould isn't one I'm fond of and it took some convincing to buy her. Her wings are bigger then I initially thought. I will buy a pony on a mould I don't like if I like the pony enough to overlook it.

This Princess Celestia has a great gimmick, and some really pretty hair colors. I like her longer horn too.

Pretzel...well it took me a while to get used to her. Orange isn't one of my favorite colors and orange/purple/pink has been done to death. Her hair is however, a very pretty shade of pink. Her unusual red eyes surprised me. Her symbol is cute. She'll never be one of my top g4s, but she's grown on me.

I only have G1s, but this was too fun not to do.

I'm always super torn about which one is my favorite, but eh, today we'll say it's Streaky. She's such a darling little thing!
Caramel Crunch (lol, I can never get over what a doofy name that is) is absolutely bottom banana around here. I hate the colors and I'm not a big fan of the pose. But she's one of the two ponies that survived my childhood, so she has to stay.

I’m reviving this because we have a lot more new members who may also enjoy sharing.

I too love all my ponies... but here’s my tops and bottoms of my G1, G4 & G4.5 ponies. (I didn’t include my G2’s mainly because I’m not sure if I am going to sell or keep them.)

1) G1: Favourite is a tie between NSS Shady & NSS Windwhistler. Lest fave is BBE Sundance - they creep me out so very much. Lol

2) G4: This one is hard because I very much adore a lot of these gals BUT I decided on Starbeam Twinkle as my favourite. Then Shadowbolt RD as least. I hate the gel or whatever Hasbro decided to style her mane with. Dust loves it so much I always have a hard time really cleaning this girl.

3) G4.5 - Again I love a lot of the ponies I’ve managed to collect. But I think my fave is little Flurry Heart she’s just so teeny and pearly and sparkly. I’m not into DJ Pon3 ... when can they provide her with actual sunglasses and eyes? Like what the heck? Painted glasses on ponies make me crazy.

So there we have it. That’s mine. Now let’s see everyone else’s top ponies and bottom of the pile ponies. Because we all have them even if we don’t want to admit it. ;p

My fav is on the left - The one and only original, the lady that started it all, TE Sweet Pop (As you can see from her eyes, she survived a lot of bath times).

My least fav is the ballerina ponies...while I have a few that sorta found their way into my herd, just the ability to pose them...was never a fan (which I do find ironic since it never bothered me they could pose themselves in the cartoons lol)

Tough choices! Here are mine (fav/least/fav/etc.)

Favs: Chief (white + boy + Clydesdale + dark hair + primary colors + firefighter)
Skyskimmer (first ever non-McDonald's pony)
Waterfire (love her colors and how even her eyes represent water and fire)
Starsong (had a McD's rearing Starsong, that was actually my fav but lost it)
FS Applejack (best pony in best size)

Least favs:
Peachy (unappealing color with hard to see symbols copied from a similar pony)
McD's Sundance (had a full size Sundance who I didn't like and I just am tired of pink ponies, also I only have 4 G2 pony characters)
Amberlocks (she looks like a sunburn)
McD's Pinkie Pie (snout is really tiny, lack of color in her hair, even less life than full size 3.5)
Twinkleshine (the most boring G4 I've ever seen)
