Small Doll ID Help?

Kind of on a roll with stuff today hah. This time it's a doll I would like to have ID'd. I got her - and her chestplate thing with frills on the bottom - as a gift from a family member some time ago. She reminds me of one of my important characters so I took a liking to her, but I have always wondered what she's from. It gave me the vibe of being like a fighter magical girl kinda deal or something.

I'd have added the chestplate to the image but I'm not sure where it is at the moment.

The chestplate in question connects to her via the use of a magnet, which is located in her belly.

She doesn't look like a She-ra or Jewel Rider doll, they both have molded clothing. Nobody I recognize offhand tho. I might be able figure out more with the chest piece on. How tall is she? Does she have a company name and a year anywhere?

She stands at 6 1/2 inches.
I also managed to find the chestplate, so here it is.

The only thing she has on her is a place on her back that says "China". No year, no branding, nothing. I will say, just as extra things - her bodysuit actually seems really well-made. Her legs also have a firm joint at the hip so she can sit as well.

Huh, well I'm stumped. Someone dollblr(tumblr) or instagram might be able to identify her.

Wow! Like mega wow! GG on finding that! Also hah, right I completely forgot there was a hat. If I ended up with the hat I must have misplaced it a long time ago. I don't think it stayed on her head, anyway.
