Haven't posted any show n' tells lately, since I've been in the hole pretty much since the wedding. I splurged on this bunch though, since the 75 hours/week thing is getting old and I thought I'd reward myself:

Some Argentina Prototypes - some were REALLY icky on the inside, which weirds me out, since there are no tails... what COULD that gross black stuff be if it isn't tail rust  .

Mexican Moondust and Mexican Starshine. I think Moondust was about $30.00, and Starshine $24.00. They are my first Mexican ponies and I think they cleaned up pretty well :).

And now of course, I need to keep looking for odd protos that I don't have ><. Like I needed THAT lol.

whoa.. I don't think I've ever seen so many prototypes in one picture, they look great! How much did they cost?

what a bunch of weirdos!! wow thats a lotttt of prototypes, who is the first one?

Well, Songster and Glory were each about $30.00 and I got those a little while ago, whereas I got the other three for $19.00 I think it was.

I don't think the first one ever made it to production, as I don't recall any Argentinas made with that symbol. Although, it'd be neat if one showed up someday!

Haha, Starshine has a bit of a lazy eye lol. She's waaatchiiing youuuu.

Re:

Oh wow! I would love to have a prototype pony! As for the black stuff... might be plastic mold but that's just my guess... or some real bad dirt *yuck*

..

Wow your so lucky. I really like that princess moondust and promo glory. Who is the promo pony with the pink flower on her side??

FABULOUS! I love how you put hats on thier bald little heads Rube.

Sam, two of them came with hats, but the others, well, they just looked so colorless without the hats, plus they looked jealous lol. I dug up what I could to complete the look for most of them. :D

Sayuri, I have no idea which one that is, as I don't think she made it to production, unfortunately - that would be a really pretty pony!

Desert - Rose, it wasn't mold I don't think, since it came off really easy with a toothbrush and baking soda. It did weird me out though... like, cripes, what did they do to the things so that so much dirt and junk got in them - Play in dirt? lol. But it did remind me of the affects of tail rust, where the washer falls apart and turns the insides black.

Thanks for the comments guys :).

Wow, I didn't know they had symbols! I have one plain one with a white tail.
There was a songster pony, I saw it recently, in the collectors pose.. yes a new grail :D

Congrats on those great ponies!
