Strawberry Shortcake Dolls Disintegrating Hair

For who knows of or remembers- the Strawberry Shortcake dolls by Bandai that were created in 2002-2005 have the same disintegrating hair issue just as the g3 ponies do. I’m not sure what type of hair they did use for the dolls, but not all of them have this issue, it’s mainly just with a specific hair color. Any ideas on why or how to fix it?
