I stated when I was 13 when I got a learn how to crochet kit for Christmas for my aunt but I didn't really get into it till I was 15 and I've been crocheting ever since

Good job for sticking with it. I had a hiatus for my carpal tunnel surgery and can't handle the tiny stuff anymore (unless I want to have surgery on the other hand, too), but I love hats, scarves, baby/puppy/full-size blankets, wristies, and other various items. My mom has boxes full of pattern books. I love the baskets. I love storage.

My absolute favorite thing to make has to be graphic purses! <3 I've been completely obsessed with purses and hand bags since I was 11. they are my "shoes" so to speak.
Just the idea that I can turn yarn into a custom one of a kind purse that suits all my needs in any color combo that I can think of gets my heart racing with excitement!
I also love looking at the pictures in pattern books :smile:

I'm about to start a big project with a deadline fingers crossed I'll make it on time!

An agricultural forum I frequent has a sub-forum for emu owners, and I just about lost my mind when I saw photos of the chicks. They look like little striped bowling pins. :lolpony:
