I just purchased a lot of ponies off of the Craigslist in my area. I spent $90 to get all these beauties. Would you say they were worth it?

The G1s!

The G3s with 5 MLP books.

The baby ponies.

Two Beddy-Bye Eye ponies with working eyes!

Flutter and Summer Winged ponies!

Perfume Puff pony!

Three So Soft ponies!

Twinkle Eyed ponies!

Super Long Hair Rarity!

G3 Rainbow Dash plushie! I shall be sleeping with her tonight. :winkpony:

A Minty Christmas ornament! Eep!

A bunch of accessories.

There's one (okay, two) thing/s that have me conflicted, though...

There are two MIB 25th Anniversary ponies! I've never kept a pony MIB before. I want to open them so much! There are stickers and accessories! What do y'all think? Should I open up Pinkie Pie and Scootaloo or keep them in the boxes?

There was also this ungodly abomination included. Does anypony know if this is actually an MLP? I'm leaning towards no, but I could be wrong!

Needless to say, there'll be many days of mane-styling ahead of me! I have a few duplicates now (including 3 Butterscotches, wow!), and might list some in the near future.

I'll probably take individual pictures sometime and try to ID them as well. I'm familiar with some of the ponies, but not all! Ahh, looking forward to learning my herd's names.

So what do y'all think? Did I get a good deal?

I could be completely wrong here but is that lighter green looking one Mimic? If so then I'd say you got a KILLER deal!

Just checked Dream Valley's ID, and yes, she is a Mimic! Her mane's in excellent condition and eye jewels are intact. Is she rare?

Not so rare, exactly, as sought after. Mimic alone fetches anywhere from $60 to $100 - usually on the higher end of that scale, especially for ones as in good a condition as she seems to be from the picture, so you got an AMAZING deal for the lot! Congrats! You have some other beautiful girls in there too!

The final one looks like a fake to me...a knockoff of the So Soft ponies, from the looks of the picture, but I had not seen that particular fake before. Does it have Hasbro on the hooves? That is usually the quickest indicator of being the real deal if so.

I can't comment on the value of the boxed ponies. Hopefully someone else will know better than me about them, but they are precious! Congrats on the wonderful haul!

The weird blue pony doesn't have any markings on its hooves that I can see. It also feels a lot more unpleasant than the So Soft ponies, has a molded tail instead of a brushable one, and is about 2 inches tall.

Thanks for the compliments! I am pretty stoked about my new ponies, especially since the ones with flaws just have slight marks. And because they're all so pretty, of course! :ponylove:

Huge congrats :partysmiley:

bigmlpfan xx

Right-on! Look at all of those! Sweet! Mimic's like candy! All others good too!

ERMAGERD YOU FOUND MIMIC!!! and...wait..IS THAT RED ROSES?!??!?!!? YOU GOT 2 RARE/SOUGHT AFTER PONIES!!! lucky.... BIG CONGRATS!!! just one of those would of cost that much....

MEGA super huge congrats on that haul!!! :eek:k::woot:

and on the MIBer's well that depends on how you plan to display them... on the one hand they are core ponies so only like a gazillion of them were made but if you plan on keeping them for a couple generations than those basically free-to-you ponies might be worth a little more than their loose counterparts

lucky duck to be making room on the shelves ;-) enjoy doing pony spas

Ah, so would they not really be worth that much then? I'm new to pricing ponies, so I'm unsure of their relative value.
