my Greek Orange Parasol
Guest, The MLPTP's Fundraiser and Prize Giveaway will be returning on June 1st! Check out this thread for all the latest news!
I didn’t think my photo would have the power to inspire somebody to buy a particular pony!I'm now also a proud owner of Seascape. And who's fault is that? Yes, it's StormMaeker's fault! I hadn't even seen her before and I'm definitely not into orange ponies, but her adorable photo of Seascape enjoying the water fountain made me realise what a wonderful pony she is, she's the essence of summer really (and summer is my favourite season).
I'll show her (together with a rather large amount of other ponies I received this and last week) in a week or so, I'm currently busy preparing for my final exams. I feel an unnaturally strong desire to unpack the lot that came today instead of studying, aaaargh! I shouldn't even be here for goodness' sake!

The orange one looks as if she would probably have neon hair if they made her. I bet she would have looked amazingI kinda wish we'd gotten the blue and coral pony and all orange one.

I just had to remind myself who Gypsy was. Her colours could work!I was thinking Gypsy colors, but I like your idea better.
By “changes”, is it the colour or was she repinked? She’s got such a nice cutie mark! I like animal cutie marks the bestA friend got Cat Pony for me! She forewarned me about the state of her hair, so I went straight to work after her arrival. I would have considered having her re-rooted, but her hair still changes so nicely in the sun and I haven't found replacement hair that changes like this on Retro Dolls UK, so I tried to straighten it.
That's how she arrived (out in the sun):

Her hair is still extremely dry and quite a few hairs are shorter than the rest, they seem to have broken off because they are so dry (they were already like this before straightening), but she looks much better. Then I noticed that she has tail rust.

I can't manage to open her up though, her neck is tightly sealed. I dipped her neckline in boiling water, but to no avail. Her head won't budge. Argh!

She's adorable.@Leave a Whisper : as far as I know, she's the only one of the Dutch ponies to feature colour-changing hair. No idea why she was chosen for that, as she isn't beach/summer themed.
